Digital Products Return Policy

All sales of digital downloads (e.g., planners, bundles, PDFs) are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued after purchase and download, as files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned.

• If you experience technical issues (e.g., file won’t open), contact us within 24 hours of purchase for a replacement link or re-download instructions.

• Accidental purchases before download may be eligible for cancellation at our discretion.

• We do not cover refunds for change of mind, incorrect device use, or duplicate orders.
